Our customers security is important to us. Credit card payments are accepted via Paypal’s secure system . Therefore, personal information and credit card details are accepted via a 128bit encrypted form.
Aunty Vera Scrap and Craft will never pass on any personal information to any third parties.
ORDER PROCESSING:
We aim to post your package as soon as possible after your payment has been received.
If any items are out of stock we will notify you and deduct the item cost from your order total.
We will notify you once the item is back in stock.
POSTAGE:
We charge a flat rate of $6.95 to anywhere in Australia.
HOWEVER - If your order consists of A4 or smaller items, your postage rate will be cheaper. Please wait for us to send you a revised invoice. If you make an immediate payment and overpay the postage fee, we will refund the diffference either as a a refund in your parcel or as a paypal refund if you have paid via paypal.
REGISTERED POST & EXPRESS POST:
Aunty Vera Scrap and Craft cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave us and become the responsibility of Australia Post. We can send your package Registered Post for an extra cost of $2.50. Please advise on your order if you wish to have your package registered.
We do not recommend using Express Post as 'normal' post usually gets there in the same time frame anyway.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International postage prices (via standard or economy air) are available upon request on an individual order basis. Please email us for more information or a quote: info@auntyverascrapandcraft.com.au
Prices on International Post are not generated by the online shopping cart. You will be quoted the exact rate according to size and weight once we receive your order.
PAYMENTS:
We accept Direct Deposit (to our CBA account), Credit card (via the Paypal system), money orders and cheques.
Once we receive your order, we will email you an invoice along with our payment options and details.
We are happy to accept personal cheques and will package your goodies as soon as your cheque arrives. However, please understand that your package will not be posted until your cheque has cleared.
